Safety and honesty
- Tutor answers cite the source they're drawn from.
- In Medicine, any dose, rate or clinical threshold written in chat, Learn or Classroom must appear in the passage it cites, or it's removed.
- Every tutor personality starts feedback with what went right.
- Everything a student types passes a safeguarding check. A message suggesting someone may be in crisis gets a response with where to find help.
- Every update is checked automatically once it's live, and rolled back if a page fails to load.
Where your data goes
Your records are stored on our server in Mumbai, India. Answers are generated by an open-weight AI model on a hosted service outside India (Ollama Cloud). Hosting the model in India is planned. Privacy notice
Help us test
Testing is open to adults 18 and over — college students and faculty, and school teachers and leaders evaluating the school edition. Free during testing — no payments are taken.
Five things to try
- Ask the Tutor a question in your subject, and open its citation.
- Take a Classroom lesson.
- Do a Practice set.
- Open your Planner.
- Try the deep workspace on a longer task.
Known limits
- About three answers are generated at a time. In a September 2026 load test with 60 students asking at once, the average wait was about 48 seconds. Pre-built lessons open instantly.
- Community and check-in are switched off during testing.
